CS GO fps drop after windows 10 aniversary update

csgo fps drop after windows 10 aniversary update:
I used to get around 120-140 fps but after update its only 60-80fps I disabled that game DVR thing but didn't helped. I really tried a lot of stuff but nothing worked... Any help would be apreciated!

Try changing the "Wait for V-SYNC" on the game video options.
