Windows 10 screen only works in safe mode

My dell laptop runs Windows 10 perfectly until recently. I opened a few tabs in Microsoft edge, when I tryed to change the tab, the screen turned off but the lights were still on. Now my laptop only displays the screen in safe mode. I've been looking for a solution, but the only solutions I found were on Windows 7 and I don't have the option that Windows 7 has.

GPU drivers probably croaked, try reinstalling them.

No, I managed to fix it not long ago but thanks for your answer. Now I can't remember where I got the fix but it was something like
bcedit/ems
Or
bcedit/emssettings
in cmd ran as administrator
