I will be travelling to Europe from US next week in Delta airplane.
I need to take my 24" Wacom cintiq display with me on the plane. Shipping it isn't really an option.
With the bubble wrap, the dimension comes to about 26.5" x 19 x 3.5.

Could this be brought in to airplane as carry-on ?

Not at all, you'll be barred on the security, they will inspect the heck out of it to see it you're not hiding anything inside and they won't let you carry it with you on the plane. It'll be a huge headache for you. Why do you need to carry a monitor with you anyways?

Couldn't they just scan it to check if i'm hiding anything inside the bubble wrap?
I called Delta and they said i might be able to bring it inside the airplane but the flight attendant would have to store it somewhere else other than the top luggage space. But i wanted different opinions from others.

I need it for what I do, design.

Oh I see. Well if they say it's possible, as long as it's stored with flight attendants during the flight, I don't see a problem. Unless you want it with you at all times, then I don't know.
