Windows won't start

Hello ! i have a MSI gl62-6 qc with windows 10 64bit after a shutdown my laptop wont start ..it is stuck after the logo sign hes loading and after that black screen + i saw orange color sign on power buton ..i tried to boot but it starts fine till logo dissapear and turn in black screen what could it be and please tell me a solution for that .

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - its a handy boot disc if nothing else

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this PC, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info
