email works perfectly but laptop. I removed my email account nothing change on it. Is the best way to reset / reinstall my lap

which account is locked? Your Microsoft account or just an email one? Do you mean you cannot logon to laptop? You can change your password online and it should change it on your laptop as well. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12429/microsoft-account-sign-in-cant

what type of laptop is it?

If there is anything you want to keep/save on laptop you can try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ or take hdd out of laptop and put it in another pc to copy files off it.

Thanks for replying soon. My Microsoft account laptop is locked, email works normally. Laptop HP 2000 Win 10, my kid accessed on netplwiz - ->user account->->adv -->adv--> lusrmgr --> adv properties....then disabled account......everything stop working but the screen shows up my account name. When I logon it said " passwords is incorrect...... contact Ur Ad network

It sounds like you need to make a local account and use it by default instead of your admin user, and not give them an admin account or your password next time. Or their own device and let them lock selves out and see how much fun it is.

They have locked you out now. There is no easy way back from here.

if you aren't computer literate I would take it to store and ask them to copy all the documents you want off before resetting win 10. All you will be able to do is copy the documents off the PC and start again. Fastest way would be a factory reset if laptop came with win 10 installed, it would revert it back to when you first got it. It would delete the user off the laptop and you would have to recreate it again, and install everything again.

thanks for replying fast. But how can I make the account and where to put it when I couldn't access anything on it.
the best thing I could do is to take it to the store and need their help, I think.

You make the account once win 10 has been reset. if you make two local accounts, one for yourself and one for your child, and leave your Microsoft account as an unused admin account, you will have a way out if they do this again.

Your kid locked you out and threw away the key. Ask shop to backup all documents and reset laptop
