Only One Side Of Monitor Getting Cut Off (VGA)

I have a problem, I started using VGA for my setup so I can switch my monitor back and fourth from HDMI (PlayStation 4) and VGA (Desktop). The right side of my screen is being cut off by about 1-2 inches. I also have gray lines vertical when I switched to VGA (probably nothing to do with this).
I have a double monitor setup, when I unplug the 2nd monitor (This monitor is not the problem) it doesn't change anything.

It didn't work, because only one side if cut off, whilst both edges were moving when trying to resize.

Note: Both monitors are setup with VGA

ViewSonic VA2465 SERIES (Problem) (Plug n Play)
Dell E1914H (No Problem) (Plug n Play)

CPU:
AMD FX-6300

GPU:
EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti FTW (Updated to Latest Drivers)

Motherboard:
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P (Updated BIOS)

Use the monitors built in menu and navigate to the size & position menu and adjust the screen there.

Use the monitors built in menu and navigate to the size & position menu and adjust the screen there.

Didn't even think about doing that, this fixed my screen and the weird stripes on the screen.
