My computer wont start

Computer wont start after i took out some start up programs. Nowwhen i turn on my pc the windows loading screen will show up then go blanck and come back on but the fps drops and the screen goes all glitchy. Please help

what start up programs did you remove? did you remove them or just disable them?

I just disabled some regular apps like steam skype and other useless instant updater for probrams

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - its a boot disc if nothing else.

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info

Common issues that can cause a TDR:


Incorrect memory timings or voltages
Insufficient/problematic PSU
Corrupt driver install
Overheating
Unstable overclocks (GPU or CPU)
Incorrect MB voltages (generally NB/SB)
Faulty graphics card
A badly written driver or piece of software, but this is an unlikely cause in most cases
Driver conflicts
