Switching Mobo windows 10 OEM

I just built a PC and got windows 10 (the OEM version) and have a faulty motherboard. i wan't to replace it with the exact same model of motherboard. how smoothly will this go down? will windows 10 tell me to f*ck myself?

Call Microsoft and tell them the previous model was defective. You should have no problem getting another activation.
