Boot problems help

My pc cant boot it gets to the loading screen and then crash with this error 0xc000021a after the pc starts automatic repair and starts windows defender offline.I tried putting in bootable win disk butnothing doesnt even show press any key to continue and i set my cd rom in first place.
Btw can my pc get fixed with efi shell?

No i did use bitlocker but i deleted him

Deleted? And was it TPM 1.2?? Did you disable TPM in the BIOS, if you dont use it now?

If you installed the Win10 Anniversary update this caused a few boot probs.

I had a similar prob, the 0xc000000d error kept coming up. Saying to repair my computer.

Then I found out that this update caused it, if you were using TPM 1.2 and Bitlocker

(You dont have to enable Bitlocker. As long as TPM was enabled in the BIOS you'll get a boot error)

So I disabled TPM removed the module I had. And replaced it with a TPM 2 module. The error hasnt come up again
