this one is 1440p with 144hz without gysnc with IPS display

which of these would suit me best for gaming?

or if you guys have another monitor with those specs I'd love to check them out.
Thanks in advance!

and yes I have a nvidia gpu(gtx 1070)

A 1070 should crush all 1080p games. Had to google Deus ex, and saw that it is a really tough game on GPUs. At 1440p you should get about 36fps. Here is proof: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/deus_ex_mankind_divided_pc_graphics_performance_benchmark_review,7.html

I'm leaning towards the Dell. Yes it is a TN panel monitor but has gsync which is useful the lower the fps. I've heard that even though it is TN the colors are still good. The Pixio is a very new unknown brand to most people. I'd say quality is more on Dell side. Tough call. But at around $400 there aren't many other choices.

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking of trading in my 1070 for a 1080 for deus ex specifically but I felt that would be a waste. I read those same reviews about the dell, with enough adjustments it will get pretty close to a ips.

1440p TN vs 1440p IPS...IPS is better but for pure gaming rig, TN is already enough. 1440p IPS 144Hz with GSync is more expensive.
Dell or any well-known brands vs Pixio or any cheap brands....Dell or any well-known brands is better
GSync vs no GSync....if you can produce high fps e.g. above 90, GSync is a waste of money. If you can only produces lmediocre fps e.f. 40-60fps, GSync shines.

You got it all wrong! Once the MONITOR hits 144Hz the tearing issues are minimized since the line scan is much faster. If you had tearing at the 50% mark before, the new frames wouldn't even show tearing on any frames.

If you're only getting 40fps at 1080p though, don't bother going to 1440p, it'll drop by a third or more!
