Best Gaming Monitor Under $400?

Looking for a gaming monitor under $400. I am replacing a 27'' monitor so probably no smaller than that. 4k sounds cool but probably not in the budget right? I have a gtx 1080 so no need to worry about if my computer can handle it. Anything is greatly appreciated!
