Invisible Mouse Full-Screen Games

One day I turned on my PC to play a game because I was bored and my mouse went invisible when the game launched into full-screen and I've tried EVERYTHING to try and fix it. I've done the mouse settings and pointer trails. BUT I already had the pointer trails off. One thing I did notice was this, in 'Mouse Settings' on a desktop it should be just 'Mouse' and on laptops it's 'Mouse and Touchpad' Mine shows 'Mouse and Touchpad' BUT I'M ON A DESKTOP. This is so annoying if anyone knows how to fix it please help me.

have you updated graphics drivers?

Mouse and touchpad is the new menu heading, I have it here as well.

Yes I've updated the drivers (AMD) and still I can't see my mouse in fullscreen.
