Boot Device Not Found

i changed my 1tb hdd to 512gb ssd and i insert my windows 10 pro disk and it says Boot Device Not Found Please install an operating system on your hard disk (3F0) Hp laptop can someone help me? tnx

You need to change boot order in the BIOS so its the DVD first, ssd second, and then your install process will work. Currently, Laptop is looking at the blank ssd and not seeing the Installer.
