how to enable 300 hz on my lg tv?

when i bought this model 32LF5610 in specs it says 300 hz.I know that its fake refresh rate but i dont know how to enable it.

yes my tv has triple xd,but i want to smoothen my gaming on xbox one.cant find trumotion or motion clarity index setting.The sport mode gives a bit smoother.any ideas?

LG Trumotion is a part of Triple XD Engine, it's not a standalone feature for your TV.

I don't work for LG, I don't know what they were thinking. However, interpolation is included in the Triple XD Engine.
