Low budget graphics card for me

I own a fx 8120 processor with 760gm motherboard , ram 8gb, monitor resolution 1600x900 , valuetop 500W (local) psu

currently i can't play any games ... i wanna play Fifa 16 in this pc .... which graphics card is suitable for me ? do i need to change anything else ? i don't use a UPS, do i need one ?

please keep in mind my budget is very low, so gimme an idea of lowest configuration/change possible

750 ti will handle 900p well. No need to upgrade your PSU too since there are models that don't need external power connectors.

As for a UPS, if you live in a country where power outages occur more than once a month, then get one. Otherwise there's no need for one. I experience power outages about once every 5 years. Usually when there uber demand like a heatwave.
