Need advice on RX470 build with i3

Hi,
So this is my first time building pc and i would like to know if my budget gaming build will work smoothly.
The purpose of this rig:
- gaming high framerate on ultra and high settings at 1080p.
- autoCAD, Maxsurf, Matlab

CPU: Intel i3 6100
GPU: Powercolor RX470 red devil 4GB
HDD: Western Digital Blue Desktop 1TB
RAM: Kingston HyperX fury 8GB
MOBO: Msi H110m pro-VH D4
PSU: Cooler Master elite 550W
CASE: Cooler Master elite 130 mini itx

*note that the reason i choose RX470 over RX480 is because in my country, the price difference is huge!

This build is just below my budget with a little bit of headroom. I would like to know if i should add, exchange or remove anything that is not compatible.

Change the PSU mate , the cm elite is an absolute piece o crap.
Its not even capable of delivering 400w let alone 500w .

I think you can get a modular 650 watt power supply that is semi modular for a decent price.
