My PC just turned off for no reason. This is the event log I found.

This is what I think it says, I might miss info:
It's a critical error caused "Kernel-Power". "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.".

Actual Log:

I have a Gigabyte R9 390 G1 with a Corsair HX850w. I don't think power draw is the issue.

Who ever said anything about "power draw"? The issue is transients, not average power!

Either way, the HX shouldn't have issues with a 390 (though it might with the 1080), so the cause is something else.

If this is the first time this has happened, I would venture to say it's a power spike in your area that momentarily starved the PSU long enough that the system shut down to protect itself.

It's happening on average 3 times every 2 weeks. Sorry, I should learn properly what things mean before using them, haha.

Too difficult to pinpoint still, try writing down exactly when and what you were doing in an excel sheet and then see if a pattern emerges.
