Keep in mind that I have no idea what "everything" may mean in this case. Does it mean you tried Nise suppression and stuff like that ?
If you have problem in Scype or other communication program, they have their own settings that may override windows settings.
Did you also look in Device Advanced Settings ?

thanks for Your solution but as I said I tried everything...even realtek control panel.
