Microphone problem :(

Hey guys.
I have a problem with my recording device...
bad voice looks like my microphone boost is on +30db but it's not...

I tried everything
I saw many videos on youtube
but still i have this problem.
please help me.

Keep in mind that I have no idea what "everything" may mean in this case. Does it mean you tried Nise suppression and stuff like that ?
If you have problem in Scype or other communication program, they have their own settings that may override windows settings.
Did you also look in Device Advanced Settings ?
