Buying a motherboard abroad

Im looking to buy a z190 pro gaming aura from memory express from canada. I live in the Philippines and I have a relative that will come home.late this year. Is it advisable to do this? Im kind of worried that it may turn out defective therefore incuring additional costs to ship it back.

If the price difference is relevant, then it's worth the risk. Otherwise, I'd say to buy it locally.
