A CPU cooler that will go with this build?

Hello I was wondering what CPU coolers could go with this build, that are max price $50, some what quiet, well rounded RPM, and would fit my case. Which has a max width of 150mm, so something below this please. Oh and also which will come with thermal paste installed and which wont. Thanks guys let me know!!!!

These are the best heatsinks. You should be able to max out your i7 with one of them.

oh, and PCpartpicker it is compatible, but when I go to stuff like amazon, the LGA1151 socket isn't compatible with it? Who do I trust? It usually says, 1150,1155,1156. no 1151.
