Streaming PC build please

Looking for a streaming PC strictly for console gaming. So I budget around $1500 but if I don't have have to spend nearly as much that would be great. I'm looking to build a PC more than capable of streaming games like COD and destiny without any frame drops and highest video quality settings for my stream. I know I need a great CPU, some ram, power supply, and operating system. I get loss at what motherboard and case to get due to the fact that some cases come with built in motherboards and any other parts I would need. If someone who is tech savvy could help me I'd much appreciate it.

Go with CTurbo's build, I'd put almost identical stuff in, but I'd go with the CX450M if you want to save a bit.
