[WTB] GTX 750ti or similar

I'm looking for a 750ti or something similar in performance to hold me over for a couple months until I do a complete rebuild and give my system away. Basically it just has to be capable of playing mostly World of Tanks at 1080p, so anything similarly performing to a 750ti would be fine, power consumption is not the primary driving decision here.
