wich one is better for gaming?

Hello.I have 2 monitors but I dont know wich one to choose for playing games.
First one:1680x1050 22" 50Hz
Second one:1280x1024 19" 75Hz
So what you think I should choose?

1680x1050 - will give more detailed image;
1280x1024 - will give faster frame rate.

Choose - what's more important to you.
I'd choose neither. Better get at least fullHD screen.
