Black horizontal lines slowly fading

Hello,
I have problem with my display LG M2752D.
It has black horizontal lines starting from left side and slowly fading right up to the middle of the monitor. Black lines also appear in settings while the pc is disconnected from the monitor, so it should exclude cables and gpu.

If they are there when the pc is disconnected then its time to have the display serviced or replaced to me.
