Hello there community!
I bought a Dell 15 3552 laptop last year that showcased an illness a few days ago. When i click on the desktop(just the background) it always clicks on a specific icon(usually an icon in the lowerright screen). Whe i also click on a different icon, it clicks on the same icon as well. I tried deleting the said icon, but it keeps on clicking another icon near the lower right. It also scrolls down or up in its own. And everytime i boot my pc, it displays the dell bios loading screen everytime(it doesnt do that before)
I tried solving it by reinstalling input drivers such as touchpad and keyboard, i also tried using different usb peripherals, and i also tried restoring it to what the pc was back then after i bought it.None of this solved the issue.
I need help, i cant write papers on this pc nor edit pictures fluently. Thanks in advance community!!
