Drop in performance of my PC since i first bought it.

I have had my pc for a little over four months and when i first acquired it i could run league of legends with more than 300 fps, but now it sits around just over 100. I cannot pin point the exact time this happened,as my fps was always capped at 80 anyways. It was only playing the battlefield 1 beta the other day that i noticed running the game on high graphics i would experience frame lag. Originally i could play triple A games on ultra with no problems. Is there a way in which i can figure out which part of my pc has deteriorated or just generally what has caused this loss of performance.?

Sorry i wasnt exactly sure what to write in terms of my pc. Is there a place on my pc with all of its info i can just copy paste?

There might be a program that can do this, but I couldn't tell you offhand which ones will work for this.

What I'd like to know:

Brand/manufacturer if it's a prebuiilt
Motherboard
Processor
RAM amount
Video card
Power supply
Idle and load temperatures for processor and video card
Windows version
Latest drivers?
