Weird gliches in tooltip and menu context windows 10 (black content over every text)(i don't know what to call it)

hello everyone,
pardon for my English.
actually i started facing this problem just about 2 hour ago...i don't know how it started but let's wish that you can help me.
i have attached some screen shots of what problem i'm facing i don't know what to call it.
i am annoyed because of it...if any of you have any solution let me know...

for more information : i uninstalled some unused games like Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon and series also fry cry 4.....can it be possible that it corrupted some registry and because of that it is happening? I don't know...also just a day ago i updated some of windows driver like graphics,sound and wifi..

this is first time i am asking question so i don't know where to upload screen shots so i uploaded to

please do tell as soon as possible because i have lots of work to do in next weeks ....and also i'm thinking of resetting my windows 10 on next weekends ....so please hurry !!

right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour

then in same window copy/paste this in
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
dism fixes the files sfc uses to fix windows, once it is run, I would redo SFC /scannow again, and restart PC , and see if its better.

hate to tell you but that problem started again about an hour ago.
i was using unity 3d and Photoshop side by side and it started suddenly out of nowhere ....
when i was using only unity 3d there wasn't any problem but after that i need to use photoshop so i used it for may be around 10 min and that problem started..

then i did the same thing you tell it's working now fine...but my guess is if i start using those software they will create problem again and you also know that i can't do every time the above commands so if you know any permanent solution please do tell....

Try upgrading your graphics drivers, only other source I can think of for thee errors
