Best Value 4K Gaming Monitor

I was looking at maybe buying a new monitor before the end of the year, and I have had my eyes set on the Asus PB287Q, but I wanted to make sure there weren't any better value 4K monitors out there before pulling the trigger. The Asus monitor is currently running at about $400 on newegg, runs at 60Hz, has a 1 ms response time, and is TN, with no G-Sync or Freesync. However, through some magic they have managed to make a TN monitor look like a hybrid of TN and IPS. Anyone know of a better value 4K monitor than this?
