Hi guys.

I’ve been searching the forum, and nearly all places on the web for a solution.
And I tried nearly everything.
But none of it will work.
So, before I go out and buy a complete new setup, I would like to hear if any of you can help me.

The problem is my display driver. It keeps crashing when a play ANY game.
It started with Cities Skyline but now it’s every game I play (No Man’s Sky, Rust, Skyrim, Wolcen: Lords of Mayham).
But NOT when a do a benchmark.

I’ve also had a problem with the date and time, and have ordered a new motherboard-battery to see if that will help.

Furthermore, I’ve recently had a white, a purple, a blue and a white and black striped screen.

The longest time I’ve been playing without any crash is approximately 1½ hour.

I’ve tried changing the graphic card between NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards. Didn’t help.
I’ve tried reinstalling the graphic drivers for both AMD and NVIDIA. Didn’t help.
I’ve tried reinstalling windows. Didn’t help.
I’ve tried changing the cabinet. Didn’t help.
I’ve tried taking one RAM out at a time. Didn’t help.

The only thing I haven’t tried are:
Changing the power supply.
Changing the motherboard
Changing to new RAM.

My setup is this:
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (with latest NVIDIA driver)
8.0 GB of RAM

Sorry for any spelling mistakes.
English isn’t my first language.

Cheers, Lasse.

Solution
Hi.

I found the solution.
It was the power supply which caused the problem.
After changing it with another one, it works perfectly.

Thanks for everyone who took there time trying to answer my question.

Over and out.

I have now tried to exchange the cmos battery, a cr2032, and it didn't work either.

I'm running short on possible solutions :(
