want to download network adapter and drivers for windows 7 32bit

Recently re-loaded windows 7 32bit on to PC, but I cant connect to the internet. It says that I am missing a network adapter and some drivers can you help.

You have to give more information. If you have an onboard network adapter, what is your motherboard. If not what is your network adapter model number.
