can we upgrade to windows10 again after rolling back to windows 8.1 for free after july 29?

I had upgraded myDell Laptop to Windows 10 in the early days, that time I didn't like it. So I rolled back it to Windows 8.1, but now I see Windows 10 is quite good, and I want to upgrade again to Windows 10. But I realize that the free upgrade offer is completed. So can I upgrade to windows 10 again for free as I had already upgraded to windows 10 in past. Will it work for me? or I have to buy it?

Yes you can. Once you have upgraded to Windows 10 your computer is registered with Microsoft and then has a digital entitlement to always be Windows 10 ready.

Did the window 10 got activated? if so just download and install window 10.

I think you had to do a recovery drive once installed.
I am unsure it will work from a clean installed without a key.

Yes it will work with a clean install, no problem. Windows 10 is built upon a digital entitlement.
