I turned off my computer during factory reset and now it wont start up/ Windows 10

I started a factory reset on my Lenovo Y50 and it stopped at "Cleaning and repairing disk C)". It went to a hundred percent when it stopped. It stayed there for about two hours before I turned it off. When I turned it on the next morning it would not start up. It stayed att the loading screen when you start a Y50.

I have used the factory reset option several dozen times on a few dozen different computers, it has worked 100% of the time.

Reset is almost as reliable as System restore at breaking systems. If you going to do a full or factory, you might as well frosh install as they don't break as often right away.

How do I do that? My laptop keeps going to the Dell screen and keeps restarting

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
since you can get to dell flash screen, change bootr order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
Choose Reset this PC
factory reset should be an option here, otherwise choose one of the other choices 1) save files & settings - this means it keeps your library folders and logon, or 2) wipe it all
PC will restart once you choose and reinstall win 10
