Everything I open throws the error 'windows cannot find specific path or file' please help

I just finished installing windows 10 and just as I did with windows 7 I redirected my C drive to F with regedit and then went to app data and changed the location for all folder in there to F too, I did this because I use a ssd,

I restarted the comp and now can't access any file , folder or app the only things I can run are, run.exe , cmd through run and regedit (as far as I've tested) please help me fix this :/

Change the drive letter back to C.
