Hello.
My computer is a Acer Predator G3-710 and I have Windows 10.
My Qpad MK-85 keyboard has stopped working after the recent windows update and it seems it can't be detected by my computer even when plugged in. It can also not be found in device manager (it isn't in the hidden section either). When I start my computer it will write some text in black and white and under that say "keyboard error". This has just begun appearing after the windows update.
Here's the things I have tried:
Plugging the usb cable in several different usb slots .
Uninstalling and installing the keyboard drivers again.
Restarting my computer several times.
I have tried reverting to my old windows before the update, but I haven't been able to do so.
Searched around the net for solutions to fix my problem, I haven't found any yet therefore I am making this post.
I would be glad if anybody could help me with my problem.

I don't have any ideas myself; but seen as you haven't tried what someone in here suggested it may be worth the try

A "complete reboot" usually takes > 1 minute. And you've spent this much time; what harm could an extra 5 minutes do? :)

I have just heard that unplugging your computer that way could damage it, and since it's only a couple of months old i'm kinda worried about if it's going to mess anything up. Well i'll try to do it anyway since you have kinda made me think that it would be stupid if I didn't.

I wasn't referring to that; Read the entire thread -> "bcronje" 's solution.

Sorry about that, I did read the entire thing, I was just unsure of which of the solutions you meant. I will try and do it now and report back if it worked.
