hp 110-23w did not autimatically restart during windows update

Had to reinstall windows 10. Just as it was installing updates at 25% it tried to automatically restart but only displayed the HP logo on the screen and never restarted. Tried several manual shut downs but always got the HP logo without any other signs of restarting.

Can you please tell if you tried Booting Windows in Safe Mode or Starting Windows in Command Prompt Externally, and then Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command to see if this fixes the issue?

If the above two methods don't work, try booting Windows in safe mode and then Restore Windows to an Earlier Restore Point.
