First I had windows 7 installed in C drive,
then I installed Windows 10 in H Drive.
Now when I login in to windows 10 , the previous H drive became C drive and previous C drive became D Drive.
Now , windows 7 is in D Drive and it is System,Active, primary partition.

And Currently C drive in which Windows 10 is installed is Boot, page file, crash, dump,Logical Drive.

Please tell me how to fully format the Current D drive which is System drive in which windows 7 is installed.

Solution

This is why we recommended just disconnecting it first, as a test to verify what happens. Before any formatting.
Now, you have hosed up the boot partition that lived on that D drive.

Possibly this to fix:
Disconnect all drives except the current C drive
Boot up from your Windows 10 install media
Select Repair
This may fix it

or try this

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
enter these commands
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /RebuildBCD

Sometime you may need to change the directory from X:\Windows\System to C:\ type in the command cd\ then c: then run the commands.
