just build a pc and fully installed windows 7. I need win 10 and ive seen some keys listed on ebay. Are these keys safe? They are around £10 £15 thanks

no. Any key other than a full price retail ($80-100 USD) is grey market (foreign country keys, unauthorized resale, out right stolen) and can potentially be deactivated at anytime with no warning by Microsoft. If you want to save money just install Linux other wise pay the real price and get a legit key.
