system_service_exception blue screen

ive uninstalled and reinstalled my gpu drivers a thousand times and i don't know how to fix it. I've tried like everything. if anyone can help that would be great. it usually crashes when im playing something. like CS or civ 5.

RAM: 32 Gb corsair vengeance
Proccessor: AMD FX-8350
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
GPU: 2GB EVGA GeForce 750 Ti Superclocked
150 GB SSD and 2 Terabyte HDD
600w EVGA PSU Bronze standard

windows installation media is the problem....use another method like pendrives or use a another window with different versions or from a you can get another window friend also..
99 percent it works(problem is same for me and it works)

may be try updating gpu driver and other pc essential driver also.

lol i have not a clue what you are trying to say here sorry but the problem is my gpu drivers thats what is causing the crashes i think
