What should my resolution be? my fps cuts almost by 20-30 FPS when I am watching twitch streams any help?

Solution
it is your CPU. I have a friend with a 6300 and a 660ti and when she plays even some decent games and streams (using one monitor) her CPU gets maxed out. If you can upgrade to a 8320E or higher you should be good. until then that CPU is going to slow you down.

oh I see thank you. I had the same feelings it was the cpu and was looking to upgrade.

Yea i wouldn't spend a whole lot. a 8320 is a good investment to just bump up what you have now. the current AMD's are older tech. I wouldn't spend a whole lot of money on upgrades like a new motherboard and what not. I would either go Intel or wait for Zen if you ever build a whole new build but the 8320 will give you a good boost. I have that and i was able to run The Evil Within and Stream on Twitch without an issue. I haven't done any screen recording at all but since i got 16Gb of ram and all SSD's and OCed to 4.4Ghz on my 8320 everything runs pretty damn smooth for me.
