is your PC a custom build or brand name? If custom, what motherboard do you have? If brand name, what make/model is it?

are you asking what updating bios means or what error means?

BIOS is the basic software all motherboards have that let hardware talk to windows. Updating it lets it work with newer hardware, can fix errors being caused by new hardware bios didn't recognise.

Clock watchdog timeout is a Hardware error

My PC is custom built, I think 5 years old or so, the motherboard (after searching for the disk) is an Asus P8P67 series, it has intel chipset Rev.566.10. Also using windows 10, since cleaning my computer from all the dust it hasn't crashed as frequently however it still happens
