Can't delete old OS on old drive (Cloned to SSD)

So I just got an SSD that came with cloning software. So I cloned the HDD to my SSD and restarted my PC, from there I booted from the SSD. So in theory that should be where my OS is running from? But when I try to go and delete everything even format the drive it says it contains the version of windows I am using.

Sorry for the waste post, figured it out. All I had to do was switch the HDD SATA cable with the SSD's hope this helps someone.
