Solution
Check that your OS is activated on your new Motherboard. If not, you'll need to contact Microsoft about resetting the license.

Would recommend once you reinstall Windows that you immediately run a backup. Either a disk imager like Macrium Reflect Free or a snapshot tool like RollBack Rx.

Is win 10 currently activated?
right click this PC on desktop
choose properties
look at bottom of next pop up, is it activated.

I only ask as generally swapping motherboard and CPU will deactivate it.

If it is activated, follow this:

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order in bios so USB first, hdd second
follow this - it has all the asnwers: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
