Dual monitor issue

When i move my cursor onto my 2nd monitor, whatever i do on that monitor will just show up on my 1st monitor. ie: I open up Chrome or Steam, it will open up on my 1st monitor and my 2nd monitor is useless atm.

What i want is my 1st monitor to be for gaming, and my 2nd monitor to be for watching movies/youtube videos, etc. I can not find the option to change it to the way i would like it.
Help would be appreciated !

Also, if you could answer another question. My main monitor in infront of me, my 2nd is on the left of it. I have to move my cursor to the right side of my main monitor to get my cursor on the 2nd monitor (which is on the left). Is there a way to change it ?

Go in Windows display setup. One of the pages there shows the current logical layout of Windows' desktop space. Drag-and-drop the monitor icons to make the logical monitor locations match your physical setup as close as you can.
