I have had major disk issues as soon as a built my computer.
When I turn on my computer, sometimes it'll say a disk read error has occurred and sometimes it'll take ~10 minutes to boot, and it will be extremely slow. My disk usage is also constantly at 100%. I can't figure out whether the problem is the os, cable, or ssd

Please download Samsung Magician for Consumer SSDs. I've never used this software, but it can't be that hard to figure out. I would just take a moment to explore the menus and find where you test SSD health and run that.
