are you updating from 7,8,8.1 or from windows 1511 to 1607 ?
Not sure it started on its own. Didn't see what it was.
The free upgrade to Win 10 finished ages ago, so I guess it could be the Win 10 1607 Anniversary update. Its a BIG update and takes ages. Leave to run for another few hours, then if its still stuck in the morning, you might (Im not suggesting you do) want to consider forcing a restart, which may then carry on with the install.

Actually I have done the update to the Anniversary Edition on 8 different computers and it takes between 8 minutes and 18 minutes on the various systems that I installed it on. Anything over 30 minutes and I would be concerned.
