Text font (and other things) after update looks really weird in chrome.

I just got a windows 10 update ( pretty sure it is the anniversary one ) and now most things in google chrome looks weird.

For example. All text everywhere except for on youtube is really really thin making it kind of hard to read it at times (especially thread titles on reddit), and some video players have really weird sized (which probably is because of the weird looking numbers showing the time of the video), Is there anything I can do to fix this?
