For the last 2 weeks I have been desperately trying to fix this issue to no avail, I've tried uninstalling/installing/updating all my drivers and as far as I can tell my BIOS is up to date. I would really like to get this fixed ASAP as I've owned this computer for 4 weeks and Ive spent more time trying to fix this than anything else.

Issue: Blue screen, "Thread stuck in device driver" message during any type of gaming; after some searching I managed to isolate when the first instance of this occured, it seems to have happened initially on (09/11) after installing&playing (Crusader Kings 2), the problem has been persistent since this event. At the time of this post I've used wynards(wagnards?) driver uninstaller, as reccommended in other posts, as well I've as reinstalled my Audio drivers with no fruitation from either.

If anybody could help me out I would greatly appreciate it, I shouldnt have to claim warranty on a month old product when my last computer lasted 8+ years without a single issue lol

System specs:
HP Pavillon (550-310)

SSID: 2B52 (AMI A0.09, 3/1/2016)

APU: A10 8750 w/ R7, 12 compute core 4C+8G; 3.6 Ghz

VRAM: 16 gb

Looking around for the minidump right now, will post below once I track it down

Solution
Solved as of this moment: current AMD driver updates will install a program known as "Gaming Evolved/Raptr" if 'Express' install is selected over 'Custom'

Solution as followed:
1) uninstall Gaming Evolved+Raptr from Programs
2) open 'regedit'
3) 'Find' Raptr
4) Delete all entries
5) press F3 (win10 default) to 'Find Next' and follow step 4 until complete

To test this solution I have opened up and ran 'Dragon Age: Origins' on max settings for 4 hours, previously the "Thread stuck in driver' error would have occured within 30 mins of a games start
