Unable to get past bitlocker with PW entry as Keyboard keys are malfunctioning after upgrade to Windows 10

Hi, recently I got bitlocker installed after getting my laptop OS upgraded to Win-10. However, after OS upgrade some of keys like "O" and "I" are malfunctioning and now I am unable to get past bitlocker during boot as my PW contains "I" and I can't type my full PW without typing "i".

P.S.: Even external keyboard is not detected without login to OS

Please help me.

If the (I assume, laptop) keyboard isn't working and a wired USB keyboard won't work, then I have no recommendation. No help in bypassing passwords is permitted on this site. Talk to the manufacturer of the laptop.

Is it a Dell ? something similar happened to my laptop and I had to google it, press a weird combination of keys until my keyboard went back to normal. Check trusty google based on whoever the pc manufacturer is.
