I've just started building my PC and i don't know much about good build, but I think I'm reading enough to build one. Please give me your advises regarding this build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.5GHz (dont want to OC so I dont actually want to get K series and I dont want to spend another bucks for cpu cooling of 6600k)
Motherboard: Asus H170 PRO GAMING Motherboard Socket 1151 Pcie Ddr4 (Still not decided)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Memory 16gb Ddr4-2400 2x8gb C15 Kit Red
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX460 but still considering Asus GTX950-OC-2GD5 Videocard 2gb 128bit DDR5
Power Supply: I still dont have something on my mind but I'm considering FSP Hexa 600W.

I hope you guys could give me advise for my build. Should I replace my MOBO? Get a new CPU? O get a cheaper CPU MOBO then get GTX1060 or RX480? I'm still new sorry. Thanks in Advance!

What is your budget & location?

I assume this is for gaming - so which games are you looking to play?

If you're on a budget, an i5-6500 or even an i3-6100 would be viable options. Pair it with an H110 board to save some funds, and you should be able to stretch to a better GPU than the RX460 (avoid the 950 - it wasn't even particularly worthwhile back when it was released).

Unless you're running a Z170 chipset board (which you shouldn't be if you don't want to OC), your RAM is going to be limited to 2133MHz anyway - so don't spend any more than you have to there.

This is a good input, i5-6500 then H110 board. Then I'll try to stretch out my GPU into something better, do you have something on your mind? I'm thinking GTX 1060/ 480.

Depends on your budget/location - and which games you intend to play.

Personally, I prefer the 1060 (6GB), but you can't really go wrong with the RX 480 (8GB) either. The RX appears to have a bit of an edge in DX12 games currently.

The PSU I'd rethink if I were you. Budget/location will help me suggest some alternatives for you, but an XFX or SeaSonic unit can be selected on brand alone - anything else (EVGA, FSP, Rosewill, Corsair etc) will all depend on the specific model as to whether they're any good or not.
