Hi! This is a one and a half year build. Please give me a rough idea of what it would be worth today. Thank you!

Fractal R4 White window
i7 4770k Haswell CPU never overclocked
Noctua NH U12 S cpu cooler
MSI z97 g45 gaming Motherboard
Zotac GTX 980 AMP OMEGA edition GPU
16GB Gskill Ripjaws 2133MHZ memory
OCZ 256GB SSD
Seasonic Platinum 520w low noise PSU

Solution
Pricing it today, the individual components are roughly worth:

Fractal Design Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case $109.99 @ SuperBiiz
Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor $348.99 @ SuperBiiz
Noctua NH-U12S 55.0 CFM CPU Cooler $59.99 @ Newegg
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard $149.99 @ Amazon (Refurbished)
Zotac GeForce GTX 980 4GB AMP! Omega Edition Video Card $559.36 @ Amazon (Second Hand)
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2133 Memory $69.99 @ Newegg
OCZ Octane 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive $148.11 @ Amazon
SeaSonic 520W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular Fanless ATX Power Supply $124.99 @ SuperBiiz

You might be able to get it a bit cheaper buying equivalent...
to build new system with similar perfromance, +-1000$.
this is actually very good rig for 1080p@60-100Hz monitors.
It can be upgraded to any current GPU for higher resolution/refresh rate monitors.

You might be able to get it a bit cheaper buying equivalent parts, but it's still a fairly expensive high quality build. It should stand up for a while yet. My only concern would be the lack of storage space which you could easily upgrade.
